At Carriage Trade:

This nifty basic unicorn avatar is a full avatar complete with an big awesome flexy rainbow to trail behind you as you run and is available from the Love Letter Board. Love Letters are almost like a midnight mania but on a much smaller scale. The board only needs six names on it and unlike a mini mania, everyone receives the prize!

In the Lucky Hearts Hunt, which is part hunt and part lucky chair, there's this awesomely pink Pink Dragee Candy Coat. It works with any size Water Horse avatar, or Breeder's choice mod. Look around the store for a small prim heart, and if your letter is hovering above it, sit and win! There is also a barncoat for humans available this way.

Most recent LB item at Contraption, some nice heavy-duty looking Anti-flak Goggles. Also in the other boards are a pair of animated prim eyes, a bloody flight attendant outfit, their three-eyed mask in the version Stitched, plus several others.
All boards remain the same prize, no rotating. All have wildcards. No group needed but Contraption's group is free to join, and there are lovely gifts put out in-store frequently.

On A Boat :I

Just lounging in a boat at the same sim as the lucky board my mask came from... :B

The mask is texture change: white [as shown], green, a polka-dotted red, a polka-dotted purple, and a light blue I believe. It cycles through the colors; no dropdown. It also comes with a copy of its texture that you could save to your computer for further customization, and a non-texture-change 'goth' version [I haven't looked at that one].
The 'skirt' I am wearing is the bottom half of FAB.PONY's 'Sexeh' dress, a cute little zebra-print number, shown here in the color light peach.
The boots are a group gift at Vita's Boudoir [seems to have changed name to just 'Boudoir'].
